Duck Lake Hike on the Rails

Yesterday when driving down Highway 97 the reflections on Duck Lake were amazing!

So we found a pull out where we could stop and take some photos.

Just a month ago we had hiked right behind these beautiful trees on the Rails to Trials path.

These golden trees were so beautiful!

I love the reflections!

So this morning Shirley and I went back to hike this part of the Rails to Trail path.

There was a little breeze from time to time and these colourful leaves were coming down like confetti.

What a different scene than we had a month before!

What we took photos of yesterday was changing with the breeze... the trees were losing their leaves.

Trembling Aspens were trying hard to hold on to their leaves today!

It was tricky to catch a photo of this swift little bird.

Holiday Park has a little golf course we could see thru the trees.
